Clandestine Oil Taps Fall

The cumulative number of clandestine oil taps showed an 8.09% fall in January-September compared to the same period last year. It was reported a total of 4,183 attacks at Pemex´s pipelines during the nine months of 2016. While last year, the sum was 4,551 assaults, according to a statement of the oil-company.
